We want everyone to feel welcome on our tour, so we’ve made a real effort to make it as inclusive as possible. Accessibility can vary depending on individual needs and the attractions we visit – the Rainforest Skywalk has well-maintained paths, but some bits can be a bit uneven or involve stairs
If you’ve got mobility concerns or special requirements, just give us a shout before you book and we’ll do our best to make arrangements that work for you. We also offer private and customised options – just ask.
We won’t be providing meals on this tour, so you can grab something to eat at one of the many great cafes and eateries on Tamborine Mountain – there are heaps of options to suit all tastes and dietary needs. If you’ve got a specific requirement, we recommend popping into the local cafes to check out the menus beforehand.
- Public tours: You can cancel for free up to 48 hours before departure – easy peasy
- Late cancellations: Sorry, but you might incur a fee
- Private tours: Sorry, but deposits are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed
- And if the weather is looking dodgy or we need to cancel due to operational issues, we’ll find a way to make it work or offer a refund – full terms and conditions still apply.
