We want to make our travel options as inclusive as possible – whether that’s adapting our shuttle to suit a wheelchair user or finding another way to get you to your destination. We’d love to get in touch with any of our guests who have specific needs before you book, so we can do our best to make things work for you. Although our shuttle service isn’t designed for wheelchair use, we assess each situation on a case-by-case basis and may be able to arrange an alternative transport or private transfer that better fits your needs.
To be clear, no food is included in the price of this shuttle service – but Thunderbird Park has loads of cafes and restaurants that cater to all sorts of tastes. If you have a special diet, it’s worth checking the venue directly on the day to see what they offer.
- Public shuttle services: If you need to cancel your trip, you can do so up to 48 hours before it’s due to depart without losing any money
- Private transfers: If you pay a deposit for a private transfer, it’s non-refundable. However, you may be able to change the date of your transfer if you give us enough notice
- We will only refund payments to the person who originally booked, as per the Australian Consumer Law
- Any gift vouchers or special deals we run may come with their own set of rules
