Escape the city and get amongst the vines at Mount Tamborine. This is a carefully put-together boutique winery tour that does away with the usual winery tour fuss. We’re talking top-notch wineries, artisan producers, and some of the most beautiful scenery in the region. And because we’re keeping the group size to just six people, the whole thing feels nice and relaxed, like you’re hanging out with some mates at a wine tasting.
Travel in style in a top-notch vehicle, and we’ll pick you up from your Brisbane hotel or a spot close by. This is the perfect option for couples, mates, or small groups who want to try something a bit different from the usual winery tour format.

Full Itinerary
Morning – Scenic Drive From Brisbane
We’ll pick you up from your hotel or a nearby location and get you on your way to the beautiful hinterland of Mount Tamborine.
Late Morning – Wine Tastings
We’ll get you into the good stuff at one of our top boutique wineries. We’ve got four top spots to choose from ( we’ll try and get you into four, depending on availability ) :
- Cedar Creek Estate – These guys have amazing views and wines that will blow your mind
- Hampton Estate – Boutique cellar door with some of the best handcrafted wines around
- Witches Falls Winery – One of the top wineries in Queensland, with a cellar door that’s got heaps of character
Midday – Lunch & Wine
We’ll find you a nice spot for lunch, with a glass of wine or beer, all set against the backdrop of those stunning hinterland views.
Afternoon – Distillery, Artisan Tastings & Lookouts
We’ll get you into the Mount Tamborine Distillery, where they knock up some of the best liqueurs, gins, and rums in the business. Depending on the day, we might also squeeze in:
- Fortitude Brewery – These guys do some of the best craft beer in Queensland
- Cheese And Fudge Tastings ( you get the idea )
- Some of the most amazing views in Queensland – perfect for a few snaps
Late Afternoon – Head Back To Brisbane
And that’s it – after a day of sipping, tasting, and enjoying the scenery, we’ll get you back to Brisbane, all smiles, around 5:30 pm.

- We’ll transport you in style with our luxury vehicle, collect you from your Brisbane doorstep and return you safely at the end of the day
- You’ll be treated to a day of top-notch wine and food, with guided tastings at each venue, a two-course gourmet lunch paired with a glass of wine or beer, and cheese & fudge tastings along the way
- We’ll also make some great scenic stops along the way for you to take in the breathtaking views
- If you want to indulge in a few extra drinks or pick up a souvenir (or two), that’s no problem – just budget a little extra for that
- If you’re a larger group, don’t worry – we can sort out a private hire for you (just ask!)
- And if you want to take a little bit of the region home with you, we can arrange that too
- We’ll need to see your photo ID for the sake of the alcohol tastings
- Dress in comfortable clothing and footwear, and don’t forget your sunglasses and sunscreen for the day
- A light jacket can’t go astray if the weather looks a bit iffy
- And don’t forget your camera or phone to capture the memories
- And of course, a bit of extra spending money never hurts
- Things can get a bit unpredictable when it comes to winery opening hours, weddings and private functions, so we may need to adjust the itinerary on the fly
- As of next September, this tour has had a bit of a revamp – so you can expect an even better experience
- Rain or shine, we’re out there – unless the weather gets too hairy, and then we’ll adapt or cancel if necessary
- That said, the weather in South East Queensland can turn on a sixpence, and we’ve got to keep you safe, so we’ll always err on the side of caution
