What to Expect on the Day
First Thing in the Morning
We’ll meet you on the Gold Coast at 8:30 am and take you on the scenic drive up to Tamborine Mountain.
Late Morning to Afternoon - Your Day on the Mountain
Once you’re on the mountain, the fun really starts. You can hop on and off the bus at any of the stops and spend as much time as you like exploring the amazing sights and attractions. Some of the highlights include:
- Tamborine Rainforest Skywalk – take a 1.5 km walk through the treetops and enjoy the suspension bridges and viewing platforms
- Glow Worm Caves – go on a guided walk through a purpose-built cave filled with thousands of glow worms
- Gallery Walk – browse the boutique shops, art galleries, cafes and fudge stores
- Wineries & Distilleries – stop for some wine tastings and maybe even get some picnic supplies
- Curtis Falls & Botanic Gardens – take some peaceful rainforest walks and enjoy the scenic lookout points
- Adventure Parks – if you’re feeling brave, why not try some of the adventure activities like treetop courses, mini golf or gemstone fossicking
Afternoon - Time to Head Back Home
We’ll depart Tamborine Mountain at 3:30pm and will get you back to the Gold Coast around 5:00pm.

- Once you’re on the mountain, the itinerary is all yours – we’ll give you the map and the rest is up to you.
We want everyone to feel included and make travel as accessible as possible. The terrain on Tamborine Mountain can be a bit rough in places, with stairs and uneven paths at some stops, so if you or a member of your party has specific needs, do get in touch before booking. If we get a heads-up, we can assess whether we can make some adjustments or offer alternatives.
Food and drink aren’t included in this experience, but Tamborine Mountain has heaps of cafes, restaurants and cellar doors to try, many of which cater for all sorts of dietary needs – just check their websites or get in touch to confirm.
- Public Tours: If you need to cancel, we can let you do so for free, up to 48 hours before you’re due to leave.
- If you cancel within 48 hours, you may be charged a fee.
- If we have to cancel due to bad weather, you’ll be given the option of an alternative date or a credit.
- And of course, we’ll refund you in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Some of the attractions and tastings will need pre-booking – especially on weekends, so it’s a good idea to plan ahead.
