- We’ll need either the credit card you used to book or another form of payment on hand
- Don a pair of swimwear or comfortable water-safe clothing, you’re going for a spin on the jet ski, after all!
- Bring a towel and a change of clothes, you never know when you might get wet
- Don’t forget the sunscreen, we want to make sure you don’t get caught out by the sun
- And if you need to wear glasses for driving, make sure you bring them along
- Allow plenty of time, we’re looking at around at least 2 hours in total, including check-in, the briefing, test rides and getting back to shore
- Unfortunately, this tour is not suitable for pregnant guests. We want to make sure everyone stays safe
- Guests must be in good health and not have any neck, back, or spinal injuries. We can’t have anyone putting themselves at risk
- And, as you’d expect, alcohol and drugs are strictly off-limits
- All riders will need to complete and pass a basic safety test in English
- Be aware that if you’re late or don’t show up at all, we’ll have to forfeit your booking, and you won’t get a refund
- And, of course, things like weather, tides, traffic and rider ability can all impact the route, distance and timing of the tour
This tour is geared toward people with a moderate level of physical fitness, but please bear in mind that riders must be able to follow English instructions, operate the jet ski safely, and respond quickly to the guide’s directions. If you have specific accessibility needs, it’s well worth giving us a call before you book.

Cancellations and Refunds
- We need at least 24 hours‘ notice if you want to cancel; less than that, and you’ll forfeit your booking with no refund
- If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you’ll have to pay 100% of the booking
- If you want to reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, you might incur a 50% fee
- We need 48 hours‘ notice to cancel; less than that, and you’ll forfeit your booking with no refund
- If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, you’ll have to pay 100% of the booking
- We need at least 7 days‘ notice for group bookings – either peak or off-peak conditions apply
- If conditions are bad and rescheduling isn’t possible, we’ll give you a full refund
