- We have a max weight limit of 200kg per jet ski
- Try to get here at least half an hour before your departure time
- We only allow kids 7 or taller who are 125cm to ride
- You gotta be able to read, write and speak English to join us
- No pregnant women or people with back or neck problems are allowed on our jet skis, sadly
- The route we take will depend on the weather, water and how confident the group is
- You have to hit a certain speed to make it to the island stop
- We welcome anyone from beginners to pros to jump on our jet skis
- The guides will have a look at how your group is feeling and adjust the pace to keep everyone comfortable
- We have an option for you to ride with a buddy if you can’t drive
- Unfortunately, if our safety briefing can’t be translated into your language, then we may have to ask you not to join
- If you’ve got a specific accessibility need, then do get in touch before you book, and we can see what we can do
- There’s a little café on the island where you can grab some breakfast and a coffee
- You should probably give them a call beforehand to let them know if you require any special kind of lunch
- Oh, and do tell us if you have any known allergies, that’s super important
- If you’re booking off-peak, you have 24 hours to cancel before you pay any fees
- If you’re booking in peak season, then you have 48 hours, and in school holidays, you have 48 hours to cancel too
- For bookings of 5 or more jet skis, you have 7 days to pull the plug or change your plans
- If you just don’t show up, we won’t refund your money, sorry
- Rescheduling is up to us if we can do it, and there may be a fee to do so
- And don’t worry, if we have to cancel because of the weather, you can reschedule or get a refund, we promise

It’s the price per jet ski, not per person. But you can get on the thing with 2 people if you like.
Do I need to be an expert to ride a jet ski?
Absolutely not, we’ll teach you the ropes, and you can try out some test runs before we send you out.
Can the kids come along?
Yes, they can. The only rule is that they have to be at least 7 or 125cm tall to ride.
What happens if it's raining?
We usually ride in most weather, but if it’s just plain too bad, we’ll reschedule or refund your money.
Is breakfast included in the price?
The island stop and extended stay are included. Food and drinks are purchased directly at the café.
