Introduction

Whales and a bit to eat at Fraser Island puts the two must-dos of any Fraser Island visit under one roof: the magic of being right there as Humpback Whales do their thing, and the laid-back, indulgent delight of a resort lunch at Kingfisher Bay Resort.

Get your day off to a great start with a cruise on the Quick Cat II, gently cruising the calm waters of Hervey Bay and the Great Sandy Straits. We’ll take you to the place where the Humpback Whales love to play, and you’ll have a whale of a time watching them in their element. After the action of the morning, we’ll dock at K’Gari (Fraser Island), and you can indulge in a great lunch at the Sandbar & Bistro, then have plenty of time to just relax: take a leisurely walk, grab a swim, or simply enjoy a cold one on the jetty.

We think this is the perfect way to fit whale watching and world-famous K’Gari into your day, and we’re doing it at a price that won’t break the bank either.
