Morning
- Check in and get on the ferry to Moreton
- Take in the views and enjoy the scenic cruise across the Bay
Late Morning – Afternoon
- Once you arrive on the island, check in and get set for your chosen activities
- You can pick up to three and enjoy the likes of snorkelling, kayaking, Segway tours or whatever you fancy
- You’ll have some free time to just chill out on the beach, grab a bite to eat (you’ll need to pay for that) or go exploring
Late Afternoon
- By now, you should have wrapped up your final activity
- Time to board the boat and head back to the mainland
- Get the ferry there and back
- Choose from up to three activities, and we’ll book them for you
- Land activities are all included (excluding quad bikes, a bit too wild for this one)
- You can use the resort facilities, the pools, beach areas, all that jazz

Important Information to Keep in Mind
Age Limits for Activities
- For a snorkel tour, you’ll need to be 6 years old
- To go kayaking, use a Sea Scooter, or ride a Banana Boat, the minimum age is 8 years
- For SUP and diving, you have to be 12 years old
- As for other activities, there are no age limits, really
Medical Issues
Some activities can be pretty physically demanding, so you’ll need to let us know about any medical conditions you’ve got (e.g. asthma, epilepsy, heart problems, etc.) Asthma sufferers, please make sure to bring your Ventolin with you.
Some medical conditions require a letter from your doctor allowing you to participate
If you’ve got a pre-existing condition, you might need to get a medical clearance before you can join in
If You're Pregnant
If you’re expecting, we’ll need to see a medical certificate or get a written approval from your doctor before you can take part in any watersports.
Indemnity and Deposits
We’ll need to take a $50 pre-authorisation from your credit card when you arrive
You’ll have to complete an indemnity form while you’re here
The pre-authorisation will be released within 5-10 business days
Weather Conditions and Cancellations
Weather and tides can affect which activities we can run, and at what time
If it’s not safe to go ahead, we may have to cancel tours or change their schedule
Getting Around and Staying Comfortable
This experience is pretty accessible; we’ve got low-impact options for people with mobility issues. If you have any medical conditions or need a bit of extra support, please get in touch with us to see how we can help.
Food for Thought
Meals aren’t included, so you’ll have to sort that out yourself. However, the resort has a variety of food options, so you should find something suitable. If you have dietary restrictions, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to help.
What Happens if You Need to Cancel?
We can’t give refunds if you decide to cancel at the last minute
If you need to change your plans, the reschedule fee is $20 per person if you give us at least 48 hours notice. Less than 48 hours’ notice, and there’s a full cancellation fee
The same goes for no-shows. Sorry, but you won’t get a refund

Can I choose my activities on the day of the trip?
Unfortunately, no, you’ll need to decide on your activities when you book.
Is this suitable for kids?
Absolutely, we have activities suitable for children ages 6+.
Do I need to be a strong swimmer?
Just having a basic swimming ability will be fine for most water activities. Life jackets are provided where necessary.
What happens if the weather is really bad?
We’ll do our best to modify or cancel activities if it’s not safe to go ahead, and we might also change the ferry schedule.
Is snorkelling gear included in the price?
Yes, snorkelling equipment and wetsuits are included if you choose to go snorkelling.
